Sensory Friendly Programs

During Sensory Friendly programs, we invite all visitors to explore the power, fun, and beauty of words and language in our galleries at a quieter, less-crowded time. In order to accommodate sensitivities to light and sound, some exhibit elements are modified for the duration of the experience.

Sensory Friendly Night — Our evening Sensory Friendly programs are geared towards neurodivergent adults and those with sensory sensitivities.

Sensory Friendly Morning — Our morning Sensory Friendly programs are designed for families with neurodivergent children or teenagers (recommended for ages 10+).
