Franklin Park

A world entirely dedicated to kids is coming to Franklin Park July 28–30! Kids World is a three-day exploration of fun-filled learning and exploration in DowntownDC’s largest green space, Franklin Park! From a teddy bear social to superhero workout, there’s exciting programming for ages 3-15 and it’s sure to be fun for the whole family. The cherry on top? It’s 100% FREE.

Our friends and neighbors at DowntownDC are kicking off their inaugural event, Kids World, at Franklin Park. Their free events, open to all, will have a variety of activities and child-oriented features, including pop-ups, hands-on activities, play installations, rides and live performances by youth bands, singers, and dancers. Planet Word representatives will be located on the East Lawn, participating in Story Land.
