Passes are released at 10 a.m. on the first of each month for the month following. (Passes for January are published on December 1, and so on.) Only guests ages 2+ are required to reserve passes. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We strongly recommend booking passes online ahead of time. A limited number of same-day timed passes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Same day passes may be for a later time than your arrival or could be sold out for the day.

Any group of 16+ must schedule a group visit in advance. We cannot accommodate admission for groups without a group reservation, regardless of having online passes. This is to ensure that your group has an optimal experience and that your visit does not conflict with other groups. Multiple reservations for the same party or organization will NOT be honored without going through our group booking procedures, and will be cancelled from the reservation system.
